Programs & Services

The Turlock Downtown Property Owners Association’s primary mission is to maintain and promote the downtown business district as defined by the Property & Business Improvement District #3.

To accomplish this mission, the TDPOA has several programs and services available to our downtown property and business owners:

Maintenance Program

The Turlock Downtown Property Owners Association contracts with a local landscape maintenance company to maintain the downtown streetscape. Sidewalks and parking lots are regularly cleaned, landscaping and sprinklers are maintained, along with regular trash and graffiti removal are done to keep our downtown looking great. If you notice issues near your property or business, please report them to the Turlock Downtown so that they can be addressed as soon as possible. 

As part of Downtown Turlock's Beatification and Maintenance programs, the TDPOA will be releasing a request for Professional Services (RFP). These requests must be made public and will be posted in this website. Please see our current listing here and check back frequently for any new listings

Publicity Program

Property and Business Owners can utilize the Turlock Downtown Property Owners Association’s public information program. Spreading the word about new and exciting products or events within your business is easy. Contact us at for more information.
